Since all our products are handmade and made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with: - An unboxing video or photos of the product - Your order ID Once verified, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no extra cost to you. Wrong Item Received If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please reach out within 24-48 hours and we will arrange a replacement. Important Notes - Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur since each piece is handmade — this is not considered a defect. - We recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders, as this helps us process replacement requests faster. No Refunds As products are custom handmade, we do not offer monetary refunds. Replacements are provided only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received.
